The Heyen holiday house in Arzfeld with this 4-star Dreiländereck apartment (ca. 95m², non.smoking) is newly furnished, detached and at ground level. The house with four holiday apartments enjoys a quiet, but central location, 500 metres from the town centre, near the Enztal cycle path.
This apartment has a terrace and two balconies. All the rooms are on one level, which is especially suitable for families with children and the elderly, but also for couples or singles, and you will soon feel at home. In clockwise order, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower, two washbasins, a WC, a hairdryer and a large window, then next to it the large 17m² bedroom that is newly furnished with a double bed and new mattresses (each 100 x 200cm and 23cm high), two bedside tables, a radio alarm and reading lamps, as well as a five-door wardrobe with two full-length mirrors, and access on two sides to a balcony and terrace. There is a separate new kitchen with a dishwasher, a four-ring ceramic hob with an oven, an extractor fan, a 203-litre fridge and a 65-litre freezer, a microwave, plenty of crockery, pots and pans. Next to it there is the little 14m² bedroom with two single beds. Opposite the large bedroom there is the 40m² living room with a bow front, a tiled fireplace stove, a corner sofa, satellite TV, a little table, an armchair and reading lamp, with access to the terrace. A cot can be set up in each bedroom. There is a hallway with a wardrobe.
There is a large lawn with a treehouse and a fish pond.
If there are two people in two bedrooms, this must be booked accordingly. A cot with accessories, a buggy, a highchair and a changing mat are available. The owner does not live in the house.
It is surrounded by forest and meadows, in a unique and varied landscape. Cyclists, hikers and nature lovers will enjoy it here. The area has plenty to offer children and adults: Eifelpark Gondorf ca. 45km, or Ginsterheiden nature reserve in the Irsental, home to many butterflies. Nearby towns are Prüm 25km, Bitburg 32km, Trier 75km, Vianden/Luxembourg 25km, Clervaux/Luxembourg 45km, Echternach/Luxembourg 60km, Luxembourg city 75km and St.Vith/Belgium 45km.
