Casa Luigia in Pula is a luxurious two-floor rental villa consisting of two apartments. Smaller, studio apartment with double bed, kitchen and bathroom, has its own separate entrance. The larger apartment also has its own external entrance, and the internal stairs lead to the first floor where are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The ground floor has one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Villa Casa Luigia can host up to seven guests - the living area and the sleeping area are very well connected. The coloured walls and fabrics, as well as modern furniture, make the house cheerful and cosy, perfect for families with kids and group of friends. Its spacious outdoor area features with dining area with kitchen and with an impressive swimming pool overlooking the lawn with well equipped playground for kids.

    “Wir mieteten das Ferienhaus in der ersten Ferienwoche im Juli . Unsere Familie bestand aus 4 Erwachsenen 1 Kind und 1 Baby. Wir bewohnten zu 4 das Haupthaus und unsere Eltern das angrenzende Studio.

    Pro:

    Schöner Grund mit viel Platz. Sehr nette Vermieter,grosses Haus , wunderschön eingerichtet,
    Traumhafter Pool und sehr geräumige Aussenküche mit Geschirrspüler und Herd und Griller.

    Contra:

    Haus liegt direkt an der stark befahrenen Medulinska Cesta. Fenster können nachts nicht geöffnet werden da es extrem laut ist. Studio liegt direkt zur Strasse auch sehr laut! Haupthaus leider nur im Erdgeschoss klimatisiert. Badezimmer und Toiletten befinden sich im Haupthaus im ersten Stock. Blöd wenn die Kinder nass vom Pool sind. Extrem steile Stiege im Haupthaus. gefährlich für Kinder

    Fazit: wunderschönes Haus mit echt tollem Pool und genialer Aussenküche.”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und sprechen gutes Englisch. Leider empfängt der Fernseher keine deutschen Sender, was während der WM sehr schade war. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse nach Medulin und die meisten Schlafzimmer sind auf die Strasse gerichtet (somit sehr laut, wenn man nachts die Fenster nicht schließt). Hinterm Haus ist eine schöne und teilweise überdachte Terrasse. Gut gefallen hat uns die Aussenküche mit Grillstelle. Der Pool war auch sauber und es gibt gute Liegestühle (Auflagen aber selbst mitbringen). Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Haus und der angrenzende Garten gibt gute Ballspiel- sowie Hundeauslaufmöglichkeiten her. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es auch ganz in der Nähe. Zum Meer sind es rund 4 km. Wir waren aber meistens im Prematura Nationalpark, der rund 8 km weit weg ist.”
