This former farmhouse with three rustic apartments is located in a quiet and picturesque position on a hill close to the border to Tuscany. All apartments have a private terrace or equipped area outside the kitchen. Shared among all guests: large wooded ground with barbecue, covered terrace, pool and sunbathing area. Ideal for walks and hikes, but also for visiting the surrounding Umbrian and Tuscan towns. Baby bed available on request. Distances: Città di Castello 20 km, Castiglione Fiorentino and Cortona 30km, Arezzo 40 km, Gubbio, Perugia and Trasimeno Lake 50km. Unpaved access road (about 1km). See also IUP276-IUP277.

    “Die Ausstattung ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Die Möbel waren alle ok, es fehlte an nichts. Sat-TV/Warmwasser/Gas usw. waren da und ok, Strom flackert abends etwas. Gewünscht hätten wir uns etwas mehr Besteck und Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde alle 2 Tage kontrolliert, bzw. gereinigt! Man teilt sich die Anlage mit höchstens 3 weiteren Familien/Gästen, anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben, ist eine weitere kleinere Ferienwohnung neu gebaut worden. Die Villa Marzolo liegt versteckt in den Bergen nahe Ronti; für die letzten 300m ist ein Auto mit Allradantrieb perfekt.
    Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu Meckern gibt, dann sind es die Pumpen, die auch nachts zur Bewässerung der Felder laufen und die schlechte Handyverbindung (aber deswegen ist man ja auch im Urlaub)”

    “Alt i top. Dog en fordel, at kun een anden af de tre lejligheder var udlejet. Der bygges ekstra bolig på grunden, således at der kan være fire lejelmål. Det ville ikke være stort nok til at huse tre-fire familier på een gang.
    Sidste strækning op til huset en anelse besværligt.”
