Schoenes Miniapartment am Como See, in einer alten Villa, ruhig gelegen in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße des Ortes. Er wurde dieses Jahr renoviert .
Das Erdgeschoss, etwa 40 m² groß, besteht aus folgenden Zimmern: ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett,mit einen kleinen Tisch fuer das Fruehstueck und ein grosser Fernseher; eine kleine Küche mit Herd, italienische Kaffeemaschine sowie ein angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche (kein Bidet). Es ist komplett mit Handtuechen und Bettwaesche ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen Garten, mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm, wo Sie sich entspannen koennen. Die Besitzer wohnen auf der ersten Etage.
Das Ortszentrum mit Bars, der See, verschiedene Geschaefte, Restaurants und Villa Carlotta (empfehlenswert zu besuchen) sind ca. 500/600 m entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 400 m. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 1 km entfernt und Sie koennen zu Fuss durch eine schoene Nebenstrasse laufen. Ca. 500 m entfernt befinden sich Boote nach Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna, Lenno; Schnellboot nach Como; Reisebus nach Como (30 km), nach Menaggio oder nach Lugano (in der Schweiz ca. 30 km). Am 3 km gibt es einen Wellness SPA. Die Sportlichen koennen spazieren gehen am See oder am Berg. Sie koennen Golf spielen (ca. 20 km), Segelboote mieten (ca. 20 km) oder Wasserski (ca. 20 km) fahren.
