Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse sehr ruhig gelegen und nur 1 km bis zum Meer

Die 3-Sterne-Ferienwohnung "Mühlenblick" ist ca. 90qm groß, eine Nichtraucherwohnung und liegt im Nordwesten der Insel Pellworm. Von dieser Wohnung haben Sie rundum einen Blick über Land bis zum 1km entfernten Deich. Ausserdem kann man die Nordermühle betrachten. Die Terrasse liegt hinter dem Haus, so das von der Straße kaum etwas zu hören ist. Tammensiel mit Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie der alte Hafen befinden sich in ca. 5 km Entfernung.



Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein heller großzügiger Vorraum, von dem man auf die Terrasse gelangt. Des weiteren befindet sich im Erdgeschoß ein Wohnraum mit angleichender Küche. Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer steht Ihnen Sat-TV, ein Video-CD-Player und ein Radio zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Microwelle, einem Ceranfeldherd mit Backofen, einen Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Ebenfalls stehen Ihnen genügend Töpfe, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung. Das helle Badezimmer mit großem Fenster befindet sich auch im Erdgeschoß und beinhaltet eine Badewanne mit Duschgelegenheit, einem Waschbecken und WC. Im Bad ist auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Des weiteren beinhaltet das Bad einen Fön und einen Schminkspiegel.

Im Obergeschoß befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat ein breites Doppelbett. Im kleinen Kinderzimmer befindet sich ein Etagenbett.

    “Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir waren mit einem Kind, Baby (im Elternschlafzimmer) und Hund da und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Platz für zwei große Kinder ist durchaus da. Babybett und Hochstuhl waren vorhanden und bereits aufgebaut (ohne Aufpreis), genug Handtücher für alle, Küche und Bad sauber... Basics wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker, Tee usw. waren bei Ansreise schon da. Guter Start.

    Der Empfang war sehr nett und wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas zu klären war, wurde kurfristig reagiert. So macht es Spaß, wenn man sich mal für einige Tage aufs Land zurückziehen will.
    Einizige kleine Einschränkung: Ferneher und Hifi waren etwas "oldschool" aber letzlich auch okay. Darum gings ja nicht.”
