The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and secluded location. For use are available: children's playground, swing, climbing frame, grill possibility and garden furniture. Seating Area of rustic wood with barbecue. Trampoline with 3.6m diameter, slide, animal enclosure. In the pension (for a fee): Snowmobiling, sauna (on request), solarium, table tennis, fitness equipment, hot tub.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The Holiday Flat is next to the pension. All offers of the pension can be used. The access goes via a field or forest path (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
