Das freistehende Haus, in dem sich die Wohnungen befinden, wurde 1952 erbaut und von 2010 bis 2014 liebevoll renoviert. Es liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral im Ortsteil Kühlungsborn Ost und ist mit dem umfriedeten Grundstück ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden.
Im Außenbereich steht Ihnen ein schöner Garten zur Verfügung. Sonnenliegen stehen auf der Wiese zur freien Verfügung bereit. Ein kostenloser PKW-Stellplätze für jede Wohnung befinden sich direkt am Haus. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können in den beiden Gemeinschaftsschuppen untergebracht werden.
In ca. 100 m Entfernung ist ein toller Kinderspielplatz angelegt. Der Stadtwald, Restaurants, Gaststätten, Supermarkt und Ärzte finden Sie in ca. 300 m Entfernung. Der Strand, der Bootshafen mit seinem quirligen Treiben, ein Tretbootverleih usw. sind in ca. 800 m zu erreichen. Weitere Urlaubsaktivitäten wie Kletterwald (5 min.), Tennisplätze (4 min.) und die Tauchschule West (4 km) werden sie begeistern.
Apartment on the ground floor, with a terrace
This beautiful and spacious apartment is on the ground floor of the house. It measures around 51m² and has a hallway, a large kitchen with table and chairs and a combined living-bedroom for 2 People in a double bed and a cot for small children up to max. 25 kg. You can make yourselves comfortable on the corner sofa and watch TV or simply enjoy the evening. The living-bedroom provides access to the large hallway, which is set up as the entrance area to the apartment, but also has a relaxation area with an armchair, a little table, a reading lamp and a cosy décor. It is ideal for relaxing with a good book. The kitchen has a table and chairs and the white rustic kitchen unit is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as crockery and cutlery for six to eight guests. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a towel radiator and plenty of storage space ad has a light and modern décor. Please bring your own bed linen for the child’s bed.
There is a terrace of around 16m2 in the outdoor area next to the front door. It is shielded from views in and has modern garden tables and chairs, as well as a large parasol and a grill. It is ideal for breakfast in the sunshine together.
