Dieses großzügige, gemütliche Bauernhaus liegt in Mittersill im Salzburger Land unmittelbar beim Skigebiet der Kitzbüheler Alpen (ca. 5 Autominuten). Ausstattung EG: Das Haus hat Platz für 2 - 19 Personen. Eine vollausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld-Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc.), 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Esszimmer. Im 1. und 2. OG befinden sich die Schlafzimmer (9 DZ mit Dusche/WC, teilweise Balkon), 1 Einzelzimmer, 1 Gäste WC, und 1 weiteres Wohnzimmer. Kleiner Vorgarten und Grill sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Stellplatz am Haus für bis zu 5 Autos. Die berühmte Panoramabahn ist nur ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt und bringt Sie in das gesamte Skigebiet in und um Kitzbühel. Skibushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Der Skibus fährt je nach Saison 1-2 Mal am Morgen vor der Haustür ab. Vom Ortszentrum öfter. Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. zu Fuß erreichbar. WLAN ist im Erdgeschoss gegen Gebühr verfügbar.
