Located just 500 metres from the nearby sandy beaches and 2.5 km from the seaside resort of international repute, this property is an ideal starting point to explore Cannes and the Côte d'Azur. In an enclosed area that is additionally secured by an electric gate, this traditional, modestly-equipped house has modern and rustic furnishings. You can enjoy a magnificent pool, outside. Four bedrooms are on the main portion of the house, while the fifth, with an attached bathroom is located upstairs and can be accessed by a small external staircase. The proximity to the main access road and the public transport will take you easily to the hub.

    “Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till både stranden och centrum. Nära till busshållplats och bussförbindelser. Bra med parkering på den inhägnade gården. Fantastisk barnvänlig trädgård med en härlig pool. Fint hus med fyra tvåbäddsrum men svårt för yngre barn i rummet med våningssängar eftersom det var en egen ingång utifrån (dörren inifrån var igensatt). Vi hade inget varmvatten de första dagarna men detta åtgärdades första vardagen. Finns inte stolar för 12 personer för att sitta inne och äta. Diskmaskinen diskar inte rent och städningen var ok.
