Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC, sep. WC, hydro massage shower. Air-conditioning. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Torreblanca: Large, child friendly, rustic house "Salto del monte". 2 km from the centre of Fuengirola, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, located by a road. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pool house with fridge and shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course 5 km, tennis 2 km, children's playground 2 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

    “Die Ausstattung ist gerade ausreichend, einige Küchengegenstände (z.B. Kaffeemaschine) kaputt, Gas funktionierte nicht, wurden trotz Mahnung nicht ausgetauscht. Kücheneinrichtung und Ausstattung alt. Sauberkeit ebenfalls knapp ausreichend, z.B. Auflagen für Liegen und Gartenstühle schon älter und wurden wohl noch nie gereinigt. Das Haus ist groß, Außenanlage über mehrere Ebenen und einigermaßen gepflegt. Insgesamt sieht man dem Anwesen aber sein Alter an. Da wir nur zu Zweit das Haus genutzt haben, konnten wir mit den Unzulänglichkeiten einigermaßen umgehen, mit mehr Personen wäre das schwierig geworden. Lage oberhalb von Fuengirola ganz schön, Blick über die Stadt und über die Küste, ruhig, man kann sich gut erholen, wenn man über die Unzulänglichkeiten hinweg sieht. Auto mit GPS unbedingt erforderlich. Wir mieten relativ häufig Einzelvillen mit Pool, hier war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bisher am schlechtesten.
