The holiday apartment is rustic furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location.
For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and hollywood swing. Bar, TV room / breakfast room with dining tables, covered cooking area with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine and dining area for common use. Information about recreational programs such as hiking, sailing, boat trips, tennis or horseback riding is available from your owner.

In the house is still the holiday apartment BALBAD041 (3Personen). On the property is still the FerienHaus BALBAD043 (5Personen) If interested, please inquire. One side is completed with a retaining wall, otherwise the property is open.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Outdoor pool (2 m x 5 m, depth 1.4 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of August.
