Holiday apartment Bath barrel with a spectacular view of the valley

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2004, renovated in 2021 and is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. Children's playground approx. 100 m away. Heated barrel (depending on the weather) available for a fee. The owner has a host card for Velká Úpa and Pec pod Sněžkou. : Heated barrel: Reservation is required when booking accommodation. Relaxation for 2-4 people, maximum 2 hours. The water changes after the procedure.


Location
Pec pod Snezkou, 780 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm, open garden plot with meadow and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. After consultation with the houseowner a lounge with a fireplace can also be provided. The fireplace is operated only by the houseowners. At the cottage, seating on the terrace and in the garden, grill under the roof, parasol, swing, parking lot in summer right next to the building, no access in winter! Parking on the main street or in the center of Velká Úpa. This object is especially popular for many tourist opportunities: skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking, picking mushrooms, trips to the surrounding area (castles, palaces) Located in the middle of the ski resort: Montenegro-Pec The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 800 m). The route runs on an asphalt road and is only possible in summer! In summer four cars can be parked at the house. Access not possible in winter Parking for 2 cars: garage + parking space in front of the garage. (approx. 250 m uphill, direct route to the hut / or parking in a guarded public car park (800 m)) - for a fee according to the tariff. Scooter or Taxi Scooter. 1x luggage collection in winter included in the price, snow chains compulsory through Poland - Karpatz-Malé Úpa/ Okraj / - Velká Úpa and back.
