The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, terrace and garden furniture. Dayroom with dinette, summer terrace. The garage can also be used to store bicycles and skis.

Herlikovice/Vrchlabi, 650 m above sea level. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Please note that you need to bring slippers, shoes are not allowed in the building. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 200 m). Parking lot in the garage and on a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). Garage for 1 car. In summer, 1 car can park in front of the house. In winter there is a parking 50 m from the house and further parking 200 m from the house. If customers come with more cars or the car is bigger, you have to park in the central parking lot. In the garage you can not park with snow chains.
