The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.

In this house there are apartments CSR RIG 333 (2 people) and CSR RIG 337 (7 people). The house is situated in a beautiful place with a view of the Teufelsberg, on the border of the Krkonoše and Jizera Mountains. It is only 1 km away from the center of Harrachov, the funicular and cross-country ski trails. More cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity of the building - a biathlon circuit or there is an opportunity to enter the groomed trails at the station. It is 800 m away from the house and runs through a regular direct train line Liberec - Szklarszka Poreba (Poland). The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
