The Holiday apartment is located on a an open garden property. The owner lives permanently in the house. The facilities are at your disposal for common use. Relax outdoor at the terrace or the sunbathing area with sunlounger and garden furniture. Barbecue possibilities are available. Object is suitable for adults. Does not take small children. The common used pool area is open from mid of June until mid of September and offers an outdoor pool (seawater, 7 m x 3.5 m, depth 1,5 m). The spa includes a sauna and a whirlpool. (Sauna is infra sauna for 2 persons). To share the ground floor is a lounge with bar and toilet, an exercise room with stationary bike and shower / WC.

On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the top floor and leads over an internal stair directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 single bed, lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower and WC.
