Bungalow with large garden

The standig individually bungalow, built in 1988 and renovated in 2008 is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility and garden furniture. Barbecue after request by the landlord - is available wood / charcoal grill.

Breitenbach, 550 m above sea level. The bungalow is located on a 150 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

central heating (oil, wood / coal), electric heating. Heat up a wood stove yourself - wood on request. Facilities: cot. TV reception takes place via satellite. TV channels only in local language.

Kein Licht aus der Decke außer im Schlafzimmer, das muss aber außerhalb am anderen Ende des Ganges abgemacht werden. Die Toilettenschüssel ist mindestens 30 Jahre alt.
