Exit to the terrace. Dining room with open-hearth fireplace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french beds (160.'00 cm). (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the garden. (exterior staircase), 1 open room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Bathroom, bath/WC, shower, 2 showers/WC, 2 sep. WC's, double hand-basin. Electric heating, oil heating. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. 2 terraces covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (12). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The house consists of a main house and an annex without internal connection. In case of booking at the price of 10 people, the annex remains closed.

Property composed of main house and outbuilding 8 km from the centre of Gordes, 700 m from the centre of Coustellet, 10 km from the centre of Cavaillon.     “We rate this property 4.5 out of 5. This gated property accommodates 10 adults comfortably. Based on current description & photos we were concerned most about the kitchen amenities. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised -- there is a large refrigerator in an adjoining room and there's a second refrigerator in an storage room beside the outside eating area. There are lots of mugs, drinking glasses, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, knifes for preparing meats & vegetables, etc. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster are supplied. Iron and ironing board are available. Towels are available if you ask at no additional charge. The enclosed grounds and pool are tended to. The pool is as beautiful & large as the photos show. Cleaning services are available during one's stay for a fee. Being from Canada the "daily user tax" was new to us -- it means that one pays 1.1 euro day per 10 people for the rental period. It doesn't matter if one has less than 10 people or if members of one's entourage arrive and depart at various times -- one will still pay for 10 people. [This was NOT made clear by Atraveo who actually encouraged us to supply arrival & departure dates for our guests to the landlord's agent.] One can dispose of one's trash in town at no cost or leave it for disposal by cleaning staff [for a fee]. One should expect to pay a small surcharge upon departure for electricity consumption if one showers, cooks, and does laundry on a daily basis. The high-speed internet works in the main floor rooms closest to the modem; however, when the Mistral howls one should expect some prolonged outages.”
