This exclusive holiday home offers an overwhelming, panoramic view of the Wadden Sea from almost anywhere in this house. Wadden Sea is located right outside the door, which is one of the most important marshlands of Europe and one of the most important nature reserves of Denmark. This is a landscape with marshlands, beach, meadows, dunes and an incredibly diverse birdlife. You can view the island of Sylt located at a distance. The idyllic harbour of Havneby and its small fish shops and frequent ferries to Sylt are available on one side of the house, just 100 metres away. Various restaurants, golf courses and tennis courts are located on the other side. There are several nature trails along the extension of the boardwalk that start right from the house and run through marshlands and dams. The beautiful Sonderstrand, one of the widest beaches of Europe and with diverse offers for recreational activities, is located just 2 km from the house. This house was furnished in the year 2009 and is a part of a prestigious, modern, environmentally conscious architectural project called Sorte Sol (Black Sun). Enjoying a holiday in this interesting building is a beautiful experience. The furnishings and equipment include first-class materials which blend in with the architecture. The furnishings are bright with informal, Scandinavian design. The huge open plan kitchen and living area is fully equipped with remote controlled blinds. This home has 4 bedrooms with writing tables in 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. The flat screen television with a DVD player is portable and can be connected in all the rooms. Finally, there is a huge sun terrace with gorgeous view of the countryside and an outdoor kitchen as well as a place to dine. The house is perfect for 2 families to relax and enjoy and you can also work peacefully here. Even trips can be undertaken at ease from here. One of the most beautiful, 18-hole golf courses is located 100 metres away from this home. You can try kite surfing, beach sailing as well as fly kites and many other activities in Sonderstrand. This region also offers various opportunities to explore the unique nature of Romo. You can also take a trip on ferries (Romo-Sylt ferry) to the Island of Sylt.
