On the outskirts, 1.7 km from the centre of Ascona, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.7 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: park, garden, swimming pool angular (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 20.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Private: patio (20 m2). In the house: lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Communal covered parking space n 108.     “Tolle Wohnung, schöne Küche, gute Matratzen, alles sehr sauber. Leider kein Internet, auch kein Internet-TV. Für die schlechte Witterung somit nur bedingt geeignet. Bücher lesen geht natürlich immer. Pool leider nicht beheizt.”
