Holiday apartments in a renovated villa with a garden, terrace and parking

This Jugendstil villa is located in the green area of the town of La Spezia.

The grand building of the villa offers three refurbished holiday apartments, furnished comfortably and tastefully. The villa is the ideal place to spend your holiday and to visit the beautiful surroundings: Cinque Terre, Pisa, Florence, Genoa and the Ligurian Riviera. Outside there are a garden, a terrace and parking space.

    “Fantastisch! Een heel mooi schoon ingericht appartement die van alle luxe is voorzien met een knusse tuin volop privacy. Er is mogelijkheid om de auto op ca. 100 meter van het appartement veilig achter een hek te parkeren. Het contact met Eshel en Paola verliep erg prettig, ze waren heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij hebben enorm genoten van de tijd die we er hebben doorgebracht en kijken er met veel plezier op terug.”

    “Im Prinzip gibt die Beschreibung genau das wider, was wir vorgefunden haben. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Ausstattung macht einen Eindruck, als wenn das Appartment erst kürzlich renoviert worden ist. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle sind wie angegeben vorhanden. Auch die Angaben zur Infrastruktur wie Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsgelegenheiten entsprechen der Beschreibung.
    Die Vermieter sprechen Deutsch und Englisch, sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Kurzum, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”

    “Uns hat die besuchte Ferienwohnung in La Spezia sehr gut gefallen hat!!! Obwohl wir sehr spät abends mit dem Zug und Taxi angereist waren, konnten wir den Checkin verschieben und wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte alles was man für einen 2wöchigen Kurzurlaub so braucht: Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, und wir mussten uns um das 1. Frühstück am nächste Morgen keine Sorgen machen. Besonders das schöne Schlafzimmer und die tolle, grosse und sonnige Terrasse mit sehr gepflegtem Garten sind dabei hervorzuheben. Das WLAN war sehr schnell und wir konnten sogar deutsches Fernsehen und deutschsprachige Filme über Youtube und Netflix anschauen. Eine Waschmaschine und Staubsauger waren sehr nützlich, der fehlender Wäscheständer wurde auch prompt nachgeliefert.

    Da störten auch abends spielende und rennende Kinder im Obergeschoss des etwas hellhörigen Hauses nur wenig, genauso wie die etwas kleine Dusche im Bad.”
