This house is located in Güntersberge on a south-facing slope. Enjoy a magnificent and undisturbed view of nature from the terrace or relax in the sauna (accessible from the outside).

Güntersberge is a district of the city of Harzgerode in the district and low mountain range Harz. Since April 4, 2001 Güntersberge is a state-approved resort. Northwest of the village lies the early modern deserted Selkenfelde in the Selke valley. At the western entrance to the village is the Bergsee, a former mill pond that dams the Selke River.

    “Die Ausstattung war bis auf das fehlende WLAN-Netz ok. Die Größe der Zimmer und der Wintergarten sind klasse. Die Anfahrt zum Haus sowie der PKW-Stellplatz waren nicht so toll. Unbefestigter,enger Weg mit bergauf Stellplatz am Haus. Die Außenanlage war in einem sehr ungepflegtem Zustand. Bis auf den Stellplatz und den Weg zum Haus war alles zugewachsen. Im Inneren war alles voller Spinnweben. An fast allen Türen waren die Drücker lose und im Kinderzimmer ist das Lattenrost vom Bett defekt. Es wäre auch sinnvoll im Sommer Fliegengitter an Fenster und Türen anzubringen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und eng. Der Toilettengang ist für etwas größere und schwerere Menschen kaum zu bewerkstelligen .Wir hatten als Leute mit ,,normalen" Proportionen schon unsere Probleme.
