95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival

    “Das Ferienhaus machte einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck und schien vor kurzem renoviert worden zu sein. Die Einrichtung war neu und zweckmäßig, Herd und Dusche funktionierten einwandfrei und die Kücheneinrichtung war vollständig. Das Doppelbett war bequem, das (Kinder-)hochbett sowie die Schlafcouch haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da wir nur zu zweit waren. Generell ist die schöne Parterrewohnung aber eher für zwei Erwachsene mit höchstens zwei Kindern geeignet als für die in der Beschreibung angegebenen 6 Personen. Besonders gut gefiel uns der gepflegte Garten mit der schönen Terasse und dem zentral im Garten gelegenen Grill. Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Ortsausgang von Monte Nai, an der Hauptstraße des Ortes gegenüber eines Supermarktes. Trotz der Lage an der Straße (getrennt durch einen breiten Parkplatz, auf dem man sein Auto direkt vor dem eigenen Garten abstellen kann) gibt es keinen störenden Verkehrslärm, da die Straße in nördlicher Richtung recht wenig befahren ist. Die Lage in der Nähe des Supermarktes ist natürlich äußerst praktisch. Das Zentrum des Ortes, in dem die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen, ist jedoch zu Fuß etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt. Der Strand ist etwa 300 Meter entfernt und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Durch die Lage am nördlichen Ende des Ortes kann man sehr schnell die ruhigeren, weniger stark touristisch geprägten Strandabschnitte errreichen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich und kümmerte sich schnell um die wenigen fehlenden Dinge.”
