DESCRIPTION: La Verga is a large country house, ideal for holidays, and is built on a plot of 15000m2 of which approximately 600m2 is fenced. This house has room for 8 people, is located in the municipity of Pollensa and is built on two floors. The living surface consists of approximately 290m2. In the exterior there is a pool of 10x5m which is surrounded by a sun terrace with 12 sun beds amd lawn. The ground floor has a kitchen with gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and all necessary appliances, living room with satellite TV, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a bathroom.
