Ferienhaus in Šišan mit Privatem Pool

Die Villa More, ein altes istrianisches Haus, liegt wunderschön in einem 1600 qm großen Garten am Ortsrand gelegen. Ideal für Familien und Urlauber die Ruhe und Erholung suchen und nicht beengt sein wollen . Hunde sind gern gesehene Gäste.



Das Grundstück ist komplett mit einer 1,8m hohen Mauer umgeben und praktisch nicht einsehbar. Ideal auch für Hundebesitzer. Das Meer mit seinem 10km langenNaturstrand ist ca. 1500m Luftlinie entfernt.



Das Haus hat eine Wohnfläche von 90 qm, aufgeteilt in Wohnraum, 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett,1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zusätzlich Einzelbett, Bad ,Küche, ausgestattet mit 4 Zonen Ceran Kochfeld, Umluft Herd und Spülmaschine.



Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine große Terrasse von 70 qm, teilweise überdacht . Im Anbau befindet sich eine Solar Wellness Außendusche mit Warmwasser sowie der mit Naturstein gestaltete überdachte Grillbereich mit 20qm. Der große Whirlpool ist mit 2 Hydrojet Düsen und Relax Licht ausgestattet. Das Haus wurde 2011- 2016 komplett saniert und mit hochwertiger Einrichtung ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich wurde 2015 - 17 neu gestaltet. Der neue großzügig gestaltete Badbereich ist mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet. Das Haus ist barrierefrei, jedoch nicht Rollstuhlgerecht ausgestattet.



1 max 2 Hunde sind gestattet. Rauchen im Haus ist nicht gestattet. KFZ Stellplätze vorhanden.

    “Das Haus sieht auf dem 1. Blick wunderschön aus. Das Grundstück ist toll, aber es fehlt an Schatten.Die Sonnenschirme kann man bei Wind nicht aufspannen, also ist man sehr oft in der prallen Sonne. Die Terrasse ist ab mittags auch voll sonnig. Das Haus hat keine Rollläden oder Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten, womit die Wärme komplett ins Haus geht und es sich extrem erwärmt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage , nur einen festen Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer und für 3 Schlafräume 1 Standventilator. Das ist zu wenig. Wenn man lüften will, kommen sämtliche Insekten rein, da an den Türen keine Fliegengitter/Türen sind. Diese wären hilfreich, das man nachts die Türen offen lassen könnte damit Luft reinkommt.
    Das Bad ist neu und toll ausgestattet,aber es fehlt ein Mülleimer und auch das Fenster ist für die Größe zu klein. Die Feuchtigkeit bleibt sehr lange, damit riecht es halt etwas muffig. Es gibt auch eine nicht einsehbare Außendusche. Ist aber nicht jedermanns Sache.
    Den gemauerten Grill kann man leider nicht benutzen,da er für Papier verbrennen benutzt wird und nicht sauber war. Es gibt einen anderen Grill. Wenn ich in Kroatien bin, möchte ich aber keinen typisch deutschen Grill.
    Da es keine Mülltonne gibt, muss man den Müll irgendwo auf den Grundstück lagernwas bei den Temperaturen schon eklig ist. Biomüll lag z.B. im Gebüsch neben dem Autostellplatz.
    Stellplatz für Autoist zwar vorhandenaber nur in der prallen Sonne und auf trockenem Rasen.
    Wir waren schon sehr oft in Kroatien,aber das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt.
    Zur Lage,das Meer ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt,wo es echt tolle Buchten zum Baden gibt.
    In Sisan selbst gibt es 2 kleine Lebensmittelgeschäft,2 Pizzerien und 1 Café. Medulin ist 10 Minuten entfernt, in Pula ist man in ca. 15 Minuten.
    Also von der Lage schon toll, man hat Ruhe, kann viel wandern, man ist aber auch schnell im Leben.
    Das Haus würden wir allerdings nicht nochmal buchen.
    Ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist nicht vorhanden.”

    Genau wie beschrieben.
    Netter Vermieter!!! Freizeit: Sehr interessant finde ich das alte Millitärgelände am Ende der Strasse.
    Mit einem wunderschönem Außblick!”
