Private: park 9000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 5 m, depth 100 - 210 cm, 15.05.-30.09.) with internal staircase. Terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, fireplace. 500 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, railway station ''Les Arcs'' 3 km, sandy beach 25 km. Golf course 10 km. Please note: car recommended.

    “Das Objekt ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand, allerdings mit Mängeln. In der ersten Woche hat die Poolreinigung nicht funktioniert. Aber nach drei Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort wurden die Mängel in der zweiten Woche abgestellt. Auch die Poolbeleuchtung funktioniert erst gar nicht, nach Reparatur (auch hier mussten wir anrufen) wurden Teile repariert. Auch die Kläranlage funktioniert offensichtlich nicht richtig, es kam immer ein unangenehmer Geruch innerhalb des Geländes hoch. Deshalb konnte man Abends nur bedingt Lüften. Stufen der Treppen im Gelände sind wacklig oder ganz kaputt. Für Kinder und im Dunkeln war das nicht ungefährlich. Insgesamt muss man sagen, dass ein Haus in dieser Preiskategorie einer besseren Pflege bedarf. In den lokalen Immobilienbüros sahen wir das Haus zum Verkauf ausgehangen.
