West coast, unique sea view.

Denmark, Vest coast, Northern Jutland, Nr. Lyngby.You go to a small town called Ny Lyngby, it is 5km north of Løkken. The apartment is number 49 in the building called: Nr. Lyngby feriecenter. Very easy to find when you arrive the vilage Nr. Lyngby. Unique sea views from any room. Let yourself wake up listening to the waves. Lovely furnished apartment 60m2 with unique location can be rented for shorter or longer period. The apartment consists of a large living room with alcove and separate bedroom with double bed. Cosy kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator wash up machine. There is also a large loft with two single beds.

The ground floor is about 60 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV . There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee machine and washing up machine, access to wash machine. A dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower. As the ceilings are very high, a floor with a second bedroom was created.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.

There is a good play ground and swimming pool.

The beach is about 100 metres away. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. Restaurant and supermarket is approximately 50m away. The cities of Løkken and Lønstrup 5km .

    “Positiv: Wunderbare Lage an der Steilküste Negativ: Ausstattung, sollte vieles ausgewechselt werden.
    Duschvorhang unten am Rand total peckig Toilettenbürste sieht aus wie viele Jahre alt, in den Toilettenabfluß schaut man besser nicht so genau, Waschbeckenabfluß ist auch ewig nicht richtig gereinigt worden,stark angeschmorte Mehrfachstecker das halte ich für gefährlich.Die Wohnung kann mit 6 Personen belegt werden hat ein altes aufgesessen 2 Personen Sofa?????Balkonstühle würde ich zum Speermühl stellen usw.
    Es gibt keine vernünftige Nebenkostenabrechnung.
    Die Wohnung wird nur vermietet und nicht gepflegt.”

    “sauberkeit war unter aller würden, Fenster und Balkontür vollkommen verdreckt, schlecht zu öffnen, wenn überhaupt, das Geschirr auch stellenweise verdreckt, Dusche stellenweise verschimmelt.”

    “Thank you for the comments.We are very sorry for the cleaning level.We had ordered the cleaning staff from the bureau Sol and Strand to do the cleaning this summer in order to have a professional cleaning level. We will talk with them. About opening doors and windows.The metal around doors and windows are covered with oil in order to survive the salty air so very close to the sea.This special oil can be a little thick-so that opening of windows demand some power. I am afraid this is the price for being so close to the sea.”

    “Das Haus hatte kleine Mängel - z.B. war das Geländer am Balkon lose und aus den Fenstern tropfte
    braune Flüssigkeit, so dass wir sie lieber geschlossen ließen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne stürmische Woche dort.”

    “The "gelænder"has been repaired. About the brown oil at the closing metal around the window frames:It has been cleaned as much as possible, however there must be oil on the window metal in order to keep the metal "healthy"- the house is so wonderful close to the salty sea!”

    “Für diesen Preis absolut in Ordnung, phantastische Aussicht auf grandiose Landschaft. Die Möbel wirken etwas wahllos zusammengestellt, Elektrik ist über zahllose Verlängerungen fließbar, Reinigung hat länger schon nicht stattgefunden.”
