Very easy to find when you arrive the vilage Nr. Lyngby. Unique sea views from any room. Let yourself wake up listening to the waves. Lovely furnished apartment 60m2 with unique location can be rented for shorter or longer period. The apartment consists of a large living room with alcove and separate bedroom with double bed. Cosy kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator wash up machine. There is also a large loft with two single beds.
The ground floor is about 60 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV . There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee machine and washing up machine, access to wash machine. A dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower. As the ceilings are very high, a floor with a second bedroom was created.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.
There is a good play ground and swimming pool.
The beach is about 100 metres away. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. Restaurant and supermarket is approximately 50m away. The cities of Løkken and Lønstrup 5km .
