    “Het appartement ligt mooi, maar er tegenover is de bikeracademie waar we m'n 's ochtends vroeg veellawaai van ervaarde. Het appartement is mooi maar zou wel een stevige opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Vieze bank ,geen tuinkussens, 1 gordijn, waar er 2 nodig waren, raamklinken die op de grond lagen, afvoerputje dat verstopt zat (doucheputje),tegels op het balkon die gebarsten waren en loslagen. Afwasmachine moest gerepareerd worden. Genoeg bestek en vaatwerk.
