3-room apartment 62 m2 on 4th floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 fold-away bed and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (extra) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Please note: The double room can only be reached through the first bedroom, suitable as a family apartment. Low doorframes (approx. 1.70m) to the bedrooms.

Cosy apartment block "Gentiana (Utoring)", 1'650 m a.s.l., 5 storeys. 2 houses in the residence. In the resort, 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: reception, WiFi, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, public parking 400 m. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, pedestrian zone 400 m, bus stop 500 m, 400 m. Tennis, sports centre 400 m, walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski rental, ski school 500 m, sled run, ice field 400 m, children's playground 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Hiking paths: Hannigalp, Mattertal. Minigolf and fitness centre at 400 m. Children's play park "Robis" one minute walk (with small animals in summer). Another playground 2 minutes walk. Parking: 35 CHF/week in winter 28 CHF/week in summer, reservation on arrival. Nicely furnished apartments, facing south/southwest.

    “Het appartement was super schoon. Wat wij slecht vonden aan het appartement was het slaapgedeelte. De balken zijn zo laag dat je op je knieen in bed moet kruipen. Het slaapgedeelte van de kinderen was iets beter, maar ook niet optimaal. De deur/doorgang naar de het slaapgedeelte is erg laag waarvoor je alert moet zijn. De keuken was niet praktisch ingericht. De potten en pannen staan in een kast bij de voordeur. Aanvulling: theepot is niet aanwezig. De gastvrouw geven wij een 8.” “Het appartement was super schoon.     “Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotografien auf dieser Webseite. Ordentlich und sauber, gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Fernseher, Stereoanlage). Die Küche ist etwas älter, aber es funktioniert noch alles. Vom grossen Balkon hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht (siehe Fotos). Schlafräume unter Dachschrägen mit sehr niedrigen Türen und Balken. Den Skihelm also besser auch nachts aufbehalten.
    Das Haus ist hervorragend verwaltet und die Verwalterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Zur wichtigeren von zwei Gondelbahnen muss man ca. 10 Minuten laufen. Kein Problem, solange der steile Weg zum Haus nicht vereist ist ...
    Der Weg zum Haus ist (noch) nicht ausgeschildert, und etwas versteckt.
    Es gibt einen Waschraum mit Trockner, Selbstbedienung zu günstigen Preisen.
    Sehr ruhig.”
