This quiet apartment is accessed via a separate outside entrance and an external staircase. The flat is comfortably and lovingly furnished and offers a beautiful view of the Harz mountains. A number of well-marked hiking trails in the Harz National Park are just a few metres away. The owner runs a laundry facility, where you can have your clothes washed for a fee. A short walk takes you to the town centre with some good restaurants. In the immediate vicinity (300m), self-catering travellers will find extensive shopping opportunities such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop and a beverage shop.

Due to the stairs, the flat is is less suitable for small children under the age of 6.

    “Die Wohnung (Haus) ist in sehr ruhiger Ortslage, aber nicht weit entfernt vom Zentrum des Ortes, dem Startpunkt der meisten Wanderrouten, von Einkaufsmöglicheiten und Restaurantes.
    Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist umfassend. Alle Räume sind großzügig angelegt. In der Küche findet man alle Geräte und Utensilien, um sogar eine Familie voll umfassend selbständig zu versorgen.
    Die Wohnung ist pragmatisch gemütlich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber.
    Die Vermieter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. (Sonntag nach der Anreise halfen sie sogar mit Zucker aus.)
    Wir haben uns in der Woche dort, wirklich echt wohl gefühlt.”
