Schön gelegenes, großzügig geschnittenes , 1 Zimmer Nichtraucher Appartement (42 qm)in der Fremersbergstr.35 für 2 Personen. Das Appartement befindet sich im 1.OG das Sie mit dem Aufzug erreichen können. Separate Einbauküche mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, usw. Durch einen Schiebevorhang ist der Wohnbereich mit dem Schlafberreich getrennt. Im Wohnbereich lädt ein digitaler Kabel-TV, CdPlayer und eine große Couch zum verweilen ein. Für ein erholsamer Schlaf ist das große Doppelbett, dieses ist erhöht für ein besserer Startin den Morgen. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Es gibt 2 Balkone einer davon mit Bestuhlung, kostenloser PKW-Abstellplatz. Zum Kurpark sind es ca. 300 m, 5min haben Sie das Stadtzentrum erreicht. Baden-Baden ist idealer Ausgangspunkt " das Tor zum Naturpark Nord Schwarzwald" für Wanderungen/Radtouren, Ausflüge(Straßburg, Freiburg, Stuttgart sind schnell zu erreichen). Erholung in der Therme und dem Römisch-Irischen Bad mit seinem Flair. Auch ein Besuch der Spielbank ist empfehlenswert.

    “Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Auswahl der Wohnfarben schaffen eine Wohlfühtatmosphäre. Sie liegt sehr zentral, so dass man in nur wenigen Gehminuten die Innenstadt erreicht. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist, dass durch die Tunnelsperrung im Ort, die Straße momentan stark befahren ist.”
