Child friendly, cosy chalet "Kelly", 1'500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1997. In the district of Bina 1.2 km from the centre of Grächen, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m. Grocery 100 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 50 m, 2 km. Tennis 400 m, cable car, ski lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run 500 m, ice field 1 km, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Free parking near the house, across the street. Fenced garden with playground (swing) for shared use is available on the neighbouring property (opposite). Private ski room with boot heating system is next to the Hanigalp mountain railway.
