Altes Dorfhaus über ca. 200 Jahre alt, voll renoviert im Jahr 2011, das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums von S'Horta und ca. 4-6 Km von den Stränden von Cala Ferrera, Cala Sanau und Cala D'Or.



Das Haus (ca. 120m2) hat einen typischen rustikalen Stil, mit 2 Etagen:



Erdgeschoss: Eingang durch eine schöne Terrasse und von hier ins Wohnzimmer mit Sat-Tv, alte Küche mit Kamin (nur Deko) und Speisekammer, helle Küche (4 Flammen, Elektro-Backofen, Mikrowelle, Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster) mit Essplatz bis 6 Personen, aus der Küche auf die Terrasse über eine Steintreppe, hier finden Sie eine schöne möblierte Terrasse (ca. 30m2) mit kleinem Garten.Reservierungen für Gruppen unter 25 Jahren sind nicht gestattet. Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Regel wird der Einlass zum Check-in-Zeitpunkt nicht gestattet.



Obergeschoss: hier gibt es 1 Dusche/Wc, grünen Schrank mit Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen, 2 Schlafzimmer (2 Betten 150x190) mit Heizkörper. Der schöne und kleine Ort S'Horta befindet sich im Südöstlichen Mallorca, ca. 1,5 Km von Calonge, ca. 4 Km von Porto Colom und ca. 5 Km von Cala D'Or.



Hier finden Sie viele kleinen Buchten mit verschiedenen Stränden. Zum Beispiel Cala Ferrera oder Cala Sanau. Cala Ferrera ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern mit seinem feinen Sand und sauberen Wasser und Cala Sanau mit wunderschönen Ausblicken, die Bucht hat einen hellen 50 Meter breiten Sandstrand und ist fast ganz von Kalkfelsen eingerahmt und von Pinienwäldern umgeben. In ca. 3 Km finden Sie auch den Golfplatz "Vall D'Or". Hier erwarten Sie 18 mittelschwer angelegte Löcher, gespickt mit vielen Bunkern, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Pinien.

    “Wir waren mit unseren zwei Jungs (1,5 und 3,5 Jahre) für eine Woche im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist super schön, die Kinder konnten auf der Terrasse und auch vor dem Haus gut spielen. Allerdings waren wir Anfang April dort und müssen sagen, trotz dass das Wetter schon ganz angenehm war, war es im Haus sehr kalt, was besonders abends ungemütlich wurde. Es gab aber zwei kleine Heizlüfter, besser als nichts, und Heizstrahler im Bad. Den Kamin weiß ich nicht ob man ihn hätte benutzen dürfen, aber dafür hätten wir auch noch Holz besorgen müssen, naja. Im Sommer ist es vermutlich sehr angenehm mit der Kühle des Hauses. Also im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne nochmal im Sommer kommen.”
