The non-smoking holiday apartment is on the upper floor of a detached house with a garden of almost 1000m², in Blersum, 2km from the town of Wittmund, on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The apartment was newly furnished and equipped in 2012 as an independent, self-contained residential unit and fitted with a modern kitchen. The 72m² of living space comprise two living and sleeping rooms each with a big double bed (180 x 200cm) and a cosy suite, a children’s room with two children’s beds, and a cot in the small living room-bedroom. It also has a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a conservatory with a dining space including a highchair. There is a TV with a Blu-ray DVD player in the larger double room. There is a smaller TV e.g. for children’s videos in the other living room-bedroom. Wireless Internet access is available.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a sink and dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob and a stainless steel oven, a coffee machine, a tea pot, a microwave, toaster and kettle. The washing machine and dryer can be used on request. Pets are not allowed.
The garden provides a charcoal grill, four garden chairs with a table and a parasol, and two sun loungers. An electric grill can also be used. There are a sandpit, a small slide and a paddling mould for children. Guests can use the herb garden. There are two car parking spaces by the house.
The big local children#s playground and sports ground is 200 metres away. There is a fitness studio 100 metres away and a general shop at the entrance to the locality 250 metres away. It is 2km to the large shopping centre. The town of Wittmund has a strolling mile with the Hands of Fame and many restaurants, shops, a castle park, a heated leisure pool in Wittmund-Isums 5km away, as well as a regional hospital for emergencies. Wittmund is a starting point for visiting the seaside towns of Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel and Harlesiel. There are riding facilities for children and adults in Boisenhausen near Werdum, in Carolinensiel and by Altfunnixsiel, where there is also the Lütge Land children’s leisure park. It is about 15-20 minutes to the sea by car or about 60 minutes by bike. There is no local tourist tax payable.
