    “Relativ neues Haus, ruhig, außerhalb des Ortes Le Pradet und in recht gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung ist nicht uncharmant, aber insgesamt ziemlich zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schönes Bad! Diverse kleinere Schwachstellen sehe ich als landestypisch an. Der große Garten könnte mehr Pflege vertragen und zwei Jahre nach Fertigstellung des Hauses könnte man mal die Restarbeiten erledigen und dann Baumaterialien und -gerät wegräumen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2-5 Autominuten, viele Strände in 5-15 Autominuten.”
