Holiday Apartment in Burhave with Private Parking
This beautiful and comfortably furnished non-smoking apartment is on a quiet side street.
The apartment measures 45m² and is on the first floor. It has a living room with a separate dining space and a built-in kitchen. The living room provides a digital TV with a satellite receiver and a radio with a CD player. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A highchair is available and can be provided free of charge. The bedroom is furnished with a big double bed, a four-door cupboard and a child’s bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle.
You are welcome to make yourselves comfortable in our big garden with sitting corners, a grill area, a canopy beach chair and loungers. The site is enclosed by hedges and cannot be looked into from the road. A secure parking space is available on site.
It is about 400 metres to the beach and the playing barn. The North Sea lagoon is about 500 metres away. Everything is within easy access, so you can take a pushchair or a handcart with you. We can provide a handcart free of charge. The town centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 400 metres away. Dogs and other pets are not allowed. The apartment was refurbished in August 2012 and classified as three-star by the DTV. There is a playground with a sports ground 100 metres away.

“Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen da wir jeden morgen wie gerädert waren und wir Nachts nicht schlafen konnten. Somit war es für uns auch kein schöner Urlaub. Das nächste Mal würde ich lieber mehr Geld zahlen um dafür einen erholten Urlaub zu haben. Positiv: Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist 15 Laufminuten vom Strand entfernt. Negativ: Da gab es leider einiges zu bemängeln. Zum einen liegt die Wohnung unterm Dach und im Kinderzimmer und Bad ist nur ein Dachfenster ohne Fliegengitter. Es hatte die ganze Woche 30 grad, sobald man die Dachfenster öffnete kamen auch schon die Stechmücken. Somit war es sehr unangenehm dort zu schlafen. Im Elternschlafzimmer hingegen gab es ein großes Fenster aber das half auch nicht viel da die Zugluft von der anderen Seite kam. Dazu möchte ich noch den Lärm einer Feier des Nachbarn erwähnen. Um 1 Uhr Nachts unter der Woche wurden wir wach vom schreien und lauthalsem singen vom Haus schräg gegenüber. Nach einer weile hatte ich gehofft das die Vermieter der Wohnung eventuell die Polizei rufen würden da das Geschrei in der ganzen Straße zu hören war. Allerdings hatte man später dann unsere Vermieter selbst auf der Straße auf ihren Weg heim gehört wie sie dann sagten “bis nächsten Dienstag “ somit gehe ich davon aus das dies ein wöchentliches Treffen der Nachbarschaft ist. Leider sehr ärgerlich für alle anderen, geschlafen hatten wir in dieser Nacht fast nicht. Das Bett wurde mit einer dicken Daunendecke bezogen was auch bei diesen Temperaturen nicht angenehm war. Die Matratze war sehr hart. Wir hatten auch noch nach dem Urlaub Rückenschmerzen. Das Bett an sich knirschte und knackte sobald man sich gedreht hat. Der Teppich im Schlafzimmer und Essbereich ist nicht für Allergiker geeignet und dazu finde ich Teppich sehr unhygienisch. Mein Mann ist Hausstaub Allergiker und musste die ganze Nacht hindurch husten. Das die Wohnung eher klein ist war uns klar, die Größe spielte für uns keine Rolle. Wobei die Dusche schon sehr klein ist und der Duschkopf auch etwas nervig war da dieser immer nach unten ging. Mein Mann stieß sich beim Klo gehen immer den Kopf. Ich hatte keine Probleme auf Grund meiner Größe.”

“Wir haben schon reserviert für nächstes Jahr und kommen gerne wieder Positiv: Die Wohnung ist nicht groß reicht aber locker für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist super alles was man braucht . Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig und bis zum Strand musst man etwas laufen . Was aber nicht schlimm ist da der Fußweg ca 10 Minuten beträgt . Negativ: Das einzige was fehlt ist ein Gefrierschrank. Aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. Für den Super Preis ist die Wohnung echt top und reicht vollkommen für einen schönen Urlaub. Restaurant: Kapitän Hock - gutes Essen Ausflüge: Die spielscheune - Super kleiner aber ausreichend indoor Spielplatz. Essen kann man mit nehmen . Das Essen in der spielscheune ist lecker und preislich ok”
