Very modern apartment near the yacht club and in the centre of Palma

This apartment is centrally located, only 10 minutes from the yacht club and just 5 minutes from the centre of Palma de Mallorca. It is only 15 minutes from the beach.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and has been completely renovated. It is suitable for five people, but up to eight people can also be accommodated here. Wood flooring can be found throughout the apartment, which is fully equipped. There is a large bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and third with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. In the living and dining area, there is a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, Ceran hob, fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
In the living area there is also air conditioning / heating and a TV. There are also chargers for iPhone, iPod, etc. A small welcome gift will be presented upon arrival.

You do not need to worry about anything. Even beach towels will be at your disposal. On the top floor, there is a laundry room and you can hang washing out to dry on the terrace.

The house is only 500 metres’ distance from the Royal Yacht Club. In addition, our house is near the Santa Catalina market square, which is surrounded by trendy restaurants. The apartment is very close to the centre of Palma and 10 minutes from the Plaza de España, where the railway station is located. You can also reach the Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor, the Baluard museum and many other monuments on foot in only about 10 minutes. The nearest beach (Can Pere Antoni beach) is less than a kilometre away from the house and you can easily reach it on foot or by bike along the elegant beach promenade of Palma.
Just come in, leave your luggage, and after 5 minutes on foot, you can be in the city centre of Palma or on the famous promenade.

    “Ein tolles Apartment in großartiger Lage - der Flughafenbus hält in der Nähe, in der Stadt kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen und auch zum Strand kann man laufen. Die Ausstattung der Apartments ist ebenfalls prima. Modern eingerichtet, hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher und eine Küche mit allem, was man braucht - endlich mal eine Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Tellern, Gläsern, Besteck etc. Und obendrein noch eine Vermieterin, der es wirklich am Herzen liegt, dass man alles hat und sich wohl fühlt! Was will man mehr? Die beste Empfehlung ist wohl, dass wir bereits zweimal dort waren - und wir würden es wieder tun :-)


    A great apartment in a great location - the airport bus stops nearby, everything in the city is in walking distance and the beach is also only a short walk away. The facilities in the apartment are fine as well. Modern furnishing, quality bed linen and towels and a kitchen with everything you need -finally a holiday flat with sufficient dishes, glases, cutlery etc. And on top of everything a landlady, who really cares, that you've got eveything and feel comfortable! What else do you need? The best recommendation might be, that we already stayed there twice - and would do it again :-)”
