    “Für uns war die Wohnung ideal- alles in der Wohnung vorhanden- Parkplatz vor der Tür-super netter Vermieter- ideal für kleine Ausflüge in der Umgebung- viel gute Restaurants (Preis-Leistungsverhältnis) . Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse- neues Bad -
    die ganze Wohnung mit neuen Fliesen ausgestattet. Wir hatten in unserer Zeit ein kleines Problem und der Vermieter war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisezeit Anfang Oktober 2021.”

    “Das modernisierte Appartment ist gut und funktional ausgestattet. Alle gängigen Küchengeräte machte eine Selbstversorgung problemlos möglich. Auch das Bad war sauber, ordentlich und mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Schlafräume sind eher kompakt gehalten, aber ausreichend und haben ausreichend Staufächer.
    Ein herrlich großer Balkon mit Meerblick nach Osten (aufgehende Sonne) runden das Domizil ab.
    Leichte Abzüge sind bei der Lage zu machen. Fußläufig sind es 10 bis 15 min. und einige Höhenmeter bis zum Strand.
    Dafür ist der Preis sehr akzeptabel.”

    “Die Lage mit super Panoramablick auf das Meer: phantastisch. Jedoch ist ein Wagen eigentlich zwingend erforderlich. Ein Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung. Schnitt und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist absolut in Ordnung. Das Bad und die Küche sind neu.”
