The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location.

Novi Vinodolski, district Povile, 21 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 550 sqm, closed garden plot with bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in town (2,2 km).
