Cosy apartment in a residence with beautiful sea view situated very close to the Cinque Terre area, which has been declared Patrimony of Humanity by UNESCO. The entire coastal area is characterized by the tourist ports and small beaches, the cliffs and the sea which reflects the Mediterranean vegetation. The residence is characterized by a fenced-in garden of 2,000 m2 where you will also find a small swimming pool. Parking on the street. Laundry service (to be paid on the spot). Please note: the accommodation is on 2nd floor and has an independent access to the apartment from a stone stairway that goes from the main road. There is a terrace with sea view that is accessed by the living/dining room.     “Die Wohnung ist ein wirklich wunderbarer Ort für einen entspannten Rückzug, der Blick vom Balkon unschlagbar! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht aus jeden Fall (in der Nebensaison) mehr als in Ordnung. Ein ziemlich dickes Minus gab es für die Grundsauberkeit der Wohnung, es gab ein paar keimige Ecken, die aber in einer eigenen Putzaktion beseitig wurden. Und die Matratze war nicht die Beste. Dafür war die Vermieterin an anderer Stelle als Ausgleich sehr entgegenkommend! Definitiv ist die Lage nur für Reisende mit Auto zu empfehlen, es muss alles erfahren werden - ACHTUNG: Kurven! Aber dafür gibt es keine Touris und bis auf ein paar Nachbarn ist es herrlich ruhig.”

    “Het huisje ligt bovenaan de berg. De GPS geeft op het einde van het dorpje aan dat je er bent, maar je moet wel degelijk verder rijden. Best nog een stukje zelf.

    Het appartement is mooi, met een fantastisch uitzicht op de zee en de stadjes beneden de berg.

    Het is zeer goed uitgerust. Het kleine zwembad is fantastisch, ook wer omdat je een prachtig uitzicht hebt vanuit het zwembad, top!!!

    Enig nadeel. Ik kon niet met mijn auto op het domein parkeren. Dit omdat mijn auto (standaard) lager ligt dan de meeste gewone auto's. Hier kon ik dan op straat enkele meters verder parkeren. Echter, dit bleek niet van de eigenaar te zijn. Het feit dat de eigenaar loog over de parkeerplaats zit mij hoog. Als hij gewoon gezegd had: niks aan te doen, je zal op straat moeten parkeren, het zij zo. Liegen over een plaats... niet zo fijn... Ik hou er in ieder geval niet van.”
