In summer, you have direct access to an idyllic garden – perfect for enjoying the fresh Engadine air. The fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with a shower provide everything needed for a carefree stay. An additional sofa bed in the living area offers extra sleeping options.
Garage or outdoor parking spaces, depending on availability on-site or in the central parking garage in Zuoz, and an e-charging station are available, as well as a shared ski and bike storage room and a ski boot room with boot dryers. The shared laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
Enjoy pure relaxation in the spacious wellness and fitness area of the house, featuring a swimming channel, sauna, and modern fitness equipment – the perfect way to end an active day in the Engadine. Massages can also be offered directly at the house.
Chesa Unica is located in the heart of the historic center of Zuoz. Shops, restaurants, sports stores, and the ski lift are all within walking distance.
The Giardin Apartment can be connected to the Terrassa Apartment via an internal staircase if needed.
