Charming, quietly situated vacation home with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside in a nature reserve amidst the rolling hills of the Umbria region and only 1 km from the small town of Massa Martana (stores of all kinds). The vacation home is surrounded by a spacious private property, partly with meadow, where the L-shaped swimming pool is also located. The interior of the house is inviting and tasteful. In the basement, guests have access to a fitness room with shower room. Baby crib on request. Garage. In the vicinity you will find good hiking trails, which can be explored on foot or by mountain bikes, and a riding stable.
