Access to the house along 300 m of dirt track road. Parking. Please note: The living room with fireplace is adjacent to a night area with double bed which is separated by a curtain. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available upon request and local payment. LOCATION: 1.5 km Acquasparta (all kinds of shops). 18 km Todi, 20 km Spoleto, 35 km the Lake of Piediluco, 55 km Perugia, 70 km Assisi. The accommodation is located in the Umbrian district of hot springs and mineral waters, made up of the Furapane, Sangemini, Amerino and San Faustino springs, all to be found in a radius of 7 km thus offering different therapeutic possibilities.
