Ancient farmhouse which is part of a small family-run commercial farm, situated in the near of Collazzone, at 30 km from Perugia. Situated on a hillside, it enjoys a broad and particularly pretty view of the large Tiber valley with its gently rolling hills and woods. Peaceful position even if a secondary road passes by below the house. The house has large outdoor areas spread out onto different levels and on the uppermost level, which is the most isolated one, you will find the swimming pool and the barbecue.
