Small country property near to Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and Marcialla on the side of a hill, in panoramic position. The property is made up of a villa (ITC957), a farmhouse (ITC958), situated in a lower position, a former hayloft, in a more secluded position, which has been transformed into two small apartments. A large shared grassy outdoor area where the swimming pool is located is situated near the entrance of the property on the side bordering the street. It is possible to go for beautiful walks and to purchase from the owner olive oil, wine and vinsanto produced on the farm. On request and against payment on site: access to a small wellness center (at 1 km distance) with sauna, Turkish bath and massage room.The basement floor (independent one-room apartment) is used by the owner only on Saturdays for receiving the guests and as a storage room.
