The eifelhausaufzeit, built in 2023, offers not just holiday accommodation, but an ecological lifestyle experience at 400 m above sea level. Modern, sustainable architecture, a well thought-out floor plan and the highest building standards ensure your sustainable holiday enjoyment. Enjoy the exclusive use directly adjacent to several forest, hiking and cycling trails in this ‘small but beautiful’ wooden house, located near an angling maar.

On a private plot of 1,000 m² you will find a sunbathing lawn with hammock, deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a fire bowl. Three terraces (south, north and a high terrace) offer space to relax, barbecue and enjoy. With a bit of luck, you can enjoy your breakfast in the company of deer.

Explore the surrounding area with its many hiking trails, swim in the Pulvermaar and enjoy the clear water with a depth of up to 75 metres. Take the opportunity to take part in a car race near the Nürburgring. A hiking trail around the volcanic crater is immediately adjacent. Within walking distance is the neighbouring Immerather Maar, a paradise for anglers in a beautiful green setting. Cycle paths and parks offer challenges. Just 5 minutes away by car is the Pulvermaar, a 70 metre deep Eifel maar that offers hiking, swimming and boating.

Inside you can feel the healthy indoor climate. Highest quality wood, hemp insulation, lime plaster, lime paint, natural slate, free of animal hair and nicotine. Large windows with far-reaching views of a volcanic crater and a living room height of 5.50 metres combine the view from the interior with the surrounding nature.

A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating are available. Wooden shutters replace air conditioning on hot days! The eifelhausaufzeit is suitable for home offices with two workstations. Internet can be used in all rooms.
