Dear guests,
You will find our 92 m² apartment on the second floor of the house shown in the pictures. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, as well as a smaller and a slightly larger south-facing balcony.
Up to two vehicles can be parked in front of the house. There are parking spaces for other vehicles in the streets of the residential area. Bicycles can be safely stored in the storage shed.

The inviting bedrooms can accommodate up to four people. The larger of the two bedrooms has two very comfortable single beds, which can also be pushed together if desired. In the smaller bedroom there is a single bed, which can be extended to a double bed (160x200 cm) if required, so that two people can also sleep here. (On request, it is also possible to organize an extra bed for a fifth person or to convert the sofa into a sofa bed).

Cozy evenings can be spent either on the couch in the spacious living room or on the adjoining larger of the two balconies, the south-facing balcony. A perfect end for the day with a cold drink - with a view of Iburg Castle. An electrically extendable sun blind provides shade when the sun is shining.

The small but nice bathroom in the apartment offers the opportunity to take a hot bath after an extensive hike in and around Bad Iburg to give your tired muscles a little rest. Alternatively, the bathtub can also be used as a normal shower. A hairdryer is available.

The kitchen equipment includes all dishes for cooking and eating (pots, pans, spatulas, plates, etc.), as well as an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, so that our guests can save themselves the trouble of washing up by hand. There is also a kettle and a coffee machine.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the heart of the apartment - the dining room. Here, up to 6 people can sit together at a large table, so that visitors can also be warmly welcomed to the apartment. In the accompanying glass cabinet you will find all kinds of glasses, as well as additional tableware for other occasions (cake plates, egg cups, champagne and wine glasses). A large copper beech tree directly in front of the dining room window gives the impression of being in the middle of nature.

The small balcony adjoining the dining room invites early risers in particular to enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee with a view of the large garden while everyone else is still asleep. Our guests are also welcome to spend time in the garden if they wish, e.g. for an outdoor workout in the countryside or other activities.

An initial supply of bed linen and towels is included.

The prices quoted do not include the local visitor's tax, which is €1.84/night per adult and €0.34/night per child (7-17 years). With the associated guest card, our guests have the advantage of being able to use numerous offers and/or transfer options in and around Bad Iburg free of charge or at a reduced rate. Flyers are available and for further information, the Iburg tourist information office is only a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

Surroundings:

The nearest supermarket can be reached via a shortcut through a small forest in approx. 10-15 minutes on foot. A doctor is 5 minutes away on foot. The town center of Iburg with its small cafés, ice cream parlors and small stores can also be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The Charlottensee lake and the popular treetop walk are right next door. The proximity of the vacation apartment to nature also offers you a variety of opportunities for hiking or cycling. The Teutoburg Forest is also a very popular destination for mountain bikers. With countless places to stop for refreshments in and around Bad Iburg, you can easily take care of your physical well-being on such active tours.
