If you are a sociable holidaymaker and prefer to holiday with friends or other families without having to sacrifice privacy or retreat options, then you may have just found the perfect holiday home. The charming, spacious house is characterised by a very clever layout and an attractive location close to the beautiful east coast, making it an ideal place in terms of infrastructure. You can enjoy your days together on the sunbathing lawn on the comfortable loungers around the pool and, thanks to the length of 15 metres, you can also swim decent lengths. The pool is tiled with blue mosaic tiles and has a practical outdoor shower so that you can rinse off immediately after swimming without having to walk around the house wet. In the evening, you can enjoy a feast together on the built-in barbecue - there's always someone ready to fire it up and prepare delicious, regional delicacies. The beautiful garden, which is framed on two sides by a hedge, borders the two covered terraces, which are ideal retreats for hours or short moments.

A lovingly designed interior lets in plenty of light and offers a warm welcome. The interior is both cheerful and simple, with lots of white, charming wooden beamed ceilings and rooms with colour-coordinated floors, so you can immediately feel at home. With its spacious layout and cheerful furnishings, the classic Villa Can Amer not only offers space for up to 12 people (single and double beds in six bedrooms), but with its two living rooms and open-plan dining rooms with adjoining kitchens, it also offers plenty of space to simply enjoy a completely independent holiday. Families with children in particular will appreciate this option (at least from time to time). Both living rooms have cosy seating areas, open fireplaces and televisions as well as a fast internet connection and a CD and DVD player. Both kitchens have their own dishwasher and washing machine. All bedrooms are wonderfully spacious and bright.

On the lush, green estate you will find plenty of places to relax and sunbathe, while the quiet, peaceful villa offers you the opportunity to experience the colourful scenes of the beautiful sandy beaches in Cala Millor, which is less than 1 km away. You can stroll along the seafront promenade, enjoy a sundowner in a café or bar and watch the vibrant life on the palm-lined seafront promenade. If you prefer things a little quieter, head to a more secluded beach such as Cala d'en Rafelinos in neighbouring Cala Bona, where you can still see and feel the originality of the small natural harbour. If you fancy a little shopping spree, you can go to the Saturday market in Carre de Na Penyal, drive to the supermarket in nearby Son Servera or go on a longer shopping spree in Manacor, just 17 kilometres away. After excursions into the varied and exciting surroundings, you can return to your Can Amer holiday villa and round off the day with friends and family over a good bottle of wine and a barbecue at sunset.

The light-flooded villa Can Amer is located between the two small coastal towns of S'Illot and Sa Coma, close to the popular town of Cala Millor in the east of the island. The numerous long sandy beaches along this stretch of coast are less than 2 kilometres away. The property is also close to more secluded coves such as Cala d'en Rafelino. You can do your daily shopping in the village of Sa Coma or drive to Cala Millor.
