Lemon trees, palm trees, cacti Son Pi is surrounded by a wonderfully enchanting garden that could hardly be more natural and rustic. Not only does the property have beautiful plants, the surrounding area is also characterised by lush vegetation. This is rounded off by the rough stone floor, which blends in wonderfully with the surroundings, and of course the villa itself, which radiates pure tranquillity with its green shutters. You can sit in the semi-shade of the overgrown pergola, on cosy rattan furniture or on the covered terrace in front of the house. If you wish, you can heat up the brick barbecue or treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the well-maintained, high-quality tiled pool, which is easily accessible via a few steps. There is also an outdoor shower right next to the pool. Sun loungers, mobile parasols, plenty of privacy - you have everything you need for a relaxing day under the pleasant island sun. Practical for your journey: A paved road leads directly to the villa and offers space for parking.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The interior is no less charming. Completely newly renovated, original and furnished with great attention to detail. All you have to do is unpack your suitcases and you'll feel relaxed. Lots of natural elements, many wooden beams and stone walls, plus warm colours and plenty of natural light. The cosy living/dining room impresses with its pretty seating area and large table, but also has a fireplace to keep your feet warm on cooler evenings. From the other end of the room, you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with many practical amenities. So beautiful: the separate dining room with a large glass wall and a view of the garden. A great place to end the day in the evening with a crackling fire. Son Pi has a total of three double rooms, two of which are on the upper floor and have their own bathroom and views of the sea in the distance. All rooms are cosy and comfortably furnished so that nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep.

The eastern part of the island is characterised by rolling hills, green vegetation and rural expanses. In addition to marvellous tranquillity and beautiful walks, you can also enjoy the proximity to many interesting towns and dream beaches. Porto Cristo, the small harbour and fishing village with its white sand and beautiful beach promenade, is 20 minutes away by car. Son Pi is located on a small road, which means that some traffic noise can be heard depending on the wind direction. A positive aspect, however, is the almost perfect connection to the MA-15 motorway and all directions to the island. Active travellers may wish to drive to the Pula golf course or visit one of the many caves in the region, which are definitely worth a visit.

The charming Villa Son Pi is located in the beautiful east of the island, just outside Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. In addition to great restaurants and small shops, you will also find several supermarkets in the village for your weekly shopping. Fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought at the weekly market in Son Servera, which is only a quarter of an hour's drive away. Fantastic: The beautiful beaches of Porto Cristo and Sa Coma are also just 13 kilometres away.
