This single-storey villa jewel, surrounded by tall palm trees, was customised to the personal taste of the owners, who originally wanted to live here themselves. Now guests can enjoy the rustic-classic charm of natural stone, wood and high-quality furniture. Rural and secluded, yet conveniently located on the road between the charming towns of Porto Cristo and Portocolom, Villa Manuela is ideal for couples and families looking for relaxation by the private pool, but who still want to go on excursions and enjoy the flair of the holiday resorts and public beaches. From the spacious gravel car park behind the house, you can quickly take your car to the nearest supermarket, bank or café without having to walk a long way. You can enjoy a few tapas in the shade on the covered terrace, which is directly accessible via the kitchen and living room. In case you do work up a sweat: The tiled pool invites you to slide straight from the sun lounger into the pool. Especially nice for families with children: Terraces, lawns and water form a harmonious unit so that children can play and still remain in view. The pool can be safely accessed via a shallow staircase.

This harmonious unity continues inside: the spacious ground floor with Mallorcan entrance area, modern wooden kitchen and spacious living area is connected without doors and therefore flooded with light, high arches create transitions from room to room. Here, too, you can feel the southern lifestyle! To the right of the entrance is a separate bedroom with bathroom. The fireplace with TV seating area invites you to cosy up and get together on chilly evenings. The living room has direct access to the terraces (covered and open) and the pool. You can spend the day relaxing and enjoying the time between the fridge and sunbathing. Later, when the candles light up with the stars, a night-time swim has its charm. And the glass of wine sparkles at the edge of the pool. And if you get tired: An elegant curved staircase leads to the upper floor with two cosy bedrooms pared down to the essentials and two or three indoor bathrooms. Guests will quickly find peace and quiet here; they can savour the many impressions of the day.

While some may want to laze around, others may want to do other things, beach, people, culture: the beautiful natural harbour of Portocolom (Columbus is said to have been born here) and the coastal area of Manacor are just a stone's throw away. The latter is known for its picturesque, unspoilt and sometimes inaccessible beaches and bays, the so-called calas: a good glass of wine for a cosy evening on the terrace can be purchased at a wine tasting in Felanitx, a town that invites you to enjoy a cortado in a café, visit one of Mallorca's oldest churches or shop for sun-ripened fruit and vegetables at the weekly market on Sundays. In the south/south-east of Mallorca, everyone will find their own paradise - perhaps Villa Manuela is yours too?

The extremely photogenic, south-facing Villa Manuela has a rural location and is conveniently located on the road between Porto Cristo and Portocolom in the southern part of the island. Within a radius of approx. 4 km you can quickly reach the sea, the lively holiday resort of Cales de Mallorca with good shopping, sports and excursion possibilities as well as the chic Cala Murada with small steep and sandy beach bays such as Cala Domingo Gran, Cala Tropicana and Cala Antena.
