In addition to its exceptionally beautiful location and aesthetic features, Villa Son Pages Gran impresses with its opulent living space spread over two large houses and the resulting room layout. The unique sea view, the peaceful, rural surroundings, the nearby sandy beaches and the spacious grounds characterise the special location of this semi-detached villa. The spacious, partly covered terraces, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and an exclusive panoramic view, invite you to relax and unwind. Far away from the hustle and bustle of tourism and everyday worries, the view over the wooded valley to the sea, the gentle breeze and the Mediterranean flair make this place a perfect retreat. Both buildings are connected by a small path. There are plenty of sun loungers for all guests around the oversized pool with its extremely spacious terrace. The pool itself is a full 15 metres long and easily accessible via the steps, ideal for swimming laps, perhaps as a refreshing start to the day? Or for an evening dip to cool off after an eventful day full of excursions. Afterwards, the BBQ invites you to a culinary adventure, where you can enjoy freshly prepared regional delicacies in a convivial atmosphere.

Both buildings, each measuring approx. 400 m², are divided in a very original way into four attractive suites, each with an exceptionally spacious bedroom. Each bedroom has two beds on the ground floor and two more on the upper floor on a gallery, so each of these rooms can accommodate up to four people. For two of the four bedrooms, the described gallery is designed to create another small room within the room; in the other two, the gallery is open-plan, making it a great place to accommodate four children. The front suites look out onto the large terrace. The living room, kitchen and guest bathroom are shared in each of the houses. The living area with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and long dining table offers plenty of space to eat in a larger group or spend time together without risking cramped spaces. The special architecture has created individual zones that pleasantly break up the living space and the interiors are tastefully furnished in a modern Mallorcan country house style. The exceptionally harmonious colour scheme is striking, as is the attentive décor, which adds a subtle touch to the appealing furniture rather than being obtrusive. Exposed beamed ceilings, beige floor tiles and subtle wall colours lend this ambience an atmospheric setting. The houses are equipped with underfloor heating.

Son Pages Gran is located in the Sierra Llevant, a mountain range that stretches from Santanyi to Artà. The property belongs to the small town of S'Espinagar, which is only shown on very detailed maps and is more of a collection of villas than a real town. S'Espinagar is located approximately halfway between Porto Cristo and Portocolom, along the main road. The special charm of the villas in the south-east of the island lies, among other things, in their proximity to the so-called Calas de Mallorca. The many small sandy coves, some of which are still undeveloped, invite you to swim and are ideal for families with small children thanks to the often fine sandy beach and shallow entry into the water. Be sure to visit Cala Marcal in Portocolom and the completely unspoilt Cala Varquez. Villa Son Pages Gran is also a practical starting point for visiting areas with a well-developed infrastructure.

The huge sea view villa Son Pages Gran sits slightly elevated in a marvellous rural location, 9 km north of Portocolom. However, if you take the shortest air route to the coast, you are much closer. The shops, bars and restaurants along the harbour promenade of Portocolom are an attractive destination. The beautiful beaches of the east coast are also within easy reach of this holiday home.
